We currently have access to over 700 lenders giving me complete flexibility in meeting my client's needs. If a loan program exists, I probably have access to it. Carteret Mortgage is currently licensed in 49 states. Many states now require individual Loan Officer licensure (which I consider a very positive thing) and I am in the process of adding licenses in those states.
